At Veritas Greens, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality products. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges once they have been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@muglifenaturalis.com.

If a refund is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly, including offering a replacement or refund if applicable.
